You can download at the following page http://eurare.brgm-rec.fr/download/dataset the EURare dataset of validated Rare Earth Mineral Occurrences of Europe. This dataset is available in two formats CSV and SHP. The first one can be used in software like Excel when the second can be used in ArcGIS, MapInfo or QGIS.
